To apply for funding, please fill out the Funding Assistance Application Form (Rescue Groups should use the Rescue Group Application) and the Photo Consent Form, and submit with a picture of your Akita in need.
To offer to volunteer to S.O.S., fill out the Volunteer Form.
If you know of a vet or clinic that might be willing to join the Akita-S.O.S. network, use the Refer a Vet Form.
If you have or know of a senior Akita that is truly in need of a new home, fill out the Re-home My Senior Akita Form and a Photo Consent Form.
